Leesburg, VA (January 28, 2010) – Beginning in April, the Ball’s Bluff Battlefield Guide Group will open its eleventh season of regularly scheduled battlefield tours for the public. If you have an interest in the American Civil War and would like to become a Ball’s Bluff Guide, read on about this great opportunity.
No experience is necessary.The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority will fully train and prepare you to lead groups of visitors around LoudounCounty’s best preserved battlefield.
To reach Ball\'s BluffBattlefieldRegionalPark, take the Route 15 Bypass north around Leesburg. Turn right on Battlefield Parkway and left on Ball\'s Bluff Road. The park is located at the end of the street.
