Tournament rates are applicable Monday through Friday for groups of 24 or more golfers. Shotgun starts must tee off by 9am at the latest and require a minimum of 40 golfers. We can accommodate a maximum of 120 golfers for a tournament.

Additional Services

BEVERAGE CART SERVICE:
-We run our beverage cart at no charge.  For larger groups we run two beverage carts.  The beverage carts carry beer, Gatorades, sodas, water and snacks.
-You may choose the method of payment; golfers pay on their own or you may run a tab payable at the end of the tournament.
-Kegs are available for purchase by your organization.  Domestic kegs are $150 each.  The price for premium kegs varies; if you are interested in a specific beer we will check with our distributors and provide a price quote for you.
-Outside alcohol is not allowed.  All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Pohick Bay Golf Course.

Continental breakfast - $5 plus tax per person

LUNCH
Box Lunch -$8 plus tax per person
Includes:
    -Choice of ham or turkey sandwich on a Kaiser roll

    -16 oz. Fountain drink
    - Cookies

Cookout Lunch -$12 plus tax per person
Provided by Great Blue Heron Catering
Includes:
    -Grilled hamburgers and hot dogs (Each additional meat $2.50/person)
    -Choice of three side selections (Each additional side $1.50/person)

    -Canned iced tea, lemonade, assorted sodas, and bottled water
