Swim Lesson Class Descriptions

Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority water parks and pools abound with fun water features but that’s not all...

While your campers (you) are enjoying our aquatic facilities, you can feel secure knowing that they are being closely monitored by licensed aquatics staff who are audited regularly. "Safety is golden" is the mantra of our staff, who receive considerably more training than most lifeguards in our area. They are regularly audited for safety-related indicators such as scan times, equipment readiness, and professionalism. In 2007, 2008, and 2009 the National Aquatic Safety Company ranked the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority's aquatics staff as "World Class" after extensive auditing.
